Too tidy.

How do you folks keep your engine compartment looking shiny?  I drive 
my cars.  So they pick up road dirt, sand, oil stains, discoloration 
from heat, etc.  Engine cleaning isn't going to remove heat 
discoloration or keep chrome totally monochrome, so to speak.
