Plus I see nothing wrong with being sent my forum/list password in plain
text.  As someone already pointed out, there is no financial or otherwise
sensitive information being protected. 

Is the Team.Net VTR list no more, then?  It seems like, if there were
something needing public discussion, that would be the place for it.
