[TR] Bumpers for TR3 solid axle

Those things aren't for TR3. The TR3 uses a rubber piece that fits around the
axle housing and works for both bump and rebound. I don't see it in that plate
nor in the TR3 axle plate. But Moss must sell them, one would think.
