[TR] TR250 and TR6 heads

The early heads had slightly narrower spacing on the intake ports, something
like 1.9" between centers, later heads were about 2.2"  I can't recall 
the year
the air injection ports appeared on the later heads.  Exhaust ports 
stayed the
same.
