[TR] electrical outlet on a TR3A

I found a small flat-black plastic plug with mounting feet & a cover for the
socket that I mounted inside the cockpit to the bottom of the battery box with
pop rivets.  It is out of the way and not noticeable unless you are looking
for it.

After verifying the dot should be positive, I plugged in my GPS and it worked
without any smoke emissions  :-)
