[TR] TR6 embarrassing horns

The horn on my '73 TR6 occasionally sounds while I am in the process of
turning. Sorry if this has been dealt with before but now I need to know
what to look for. The horn button still works but the ill-behavedl honking
always seem to happen at a unfavorable time. I  CAN'T make it happen at
home by pushing the steering wheel side to side. Has anyone got any ideas
here?
