[TR] Crankcase venting.

I would like to weigh in a little.  When building a dry sump engine for racing
one of the sections of the pump is dedicated to pulling a vacuum off the
crankcase.  The goal is not to equalize pressure between the head and
crankcase but to eliminate the pressure.
