[TR] Tonneau cover purchase

They were NOT offered originally on the TR 7/8 - so getting one involves  
installing snaps and posts in places that were not originally intended to  
accommodate them - haven't installed one on any of mine, so not sure how much 
of  a problem that is or isn't
