[TR] Balancing TR6 Wheels

Every TR6 I've owned have shimmied at around 62 MPH.  The only time they 
haven't is when I've had the tires balanced on the car.  The problem is, 
I can't find anyone who does that anymore!  If anyone knows of someone 
around the Space Coast...

Or, of course, has the machine to sell cheap!
