[TR] Electrical &/or Mechanical Fuel Pumps

Hey Cosmo -- I heard about your adventure from your friends in
Arizona.  FWIW, I still have the mechanical pump but always carry a
spare electric for a quick fix on the road.

Takes just a couple of minutes to put it in-line with the existing
fuel hoses.  It's a simple (cheap) pump from the FLAPS though many
other sorts are out there.
