British Wiring (www.britishwiring.com) will sell you an original
style fusebox. They also have boxes for blade fuses, which are
cheaper and easier to find the Lucas glass fuses - but the smallest
one has four circuits rather than two. That's not entirely a bad thing.

In re your other questions ... if you don't have a schematic for your
car, please get one and learn to read it! It will provide much
more reliable and timely answers than questions to this list :-)
The workshop manual schematics are excellent.
