I believe I have seen other Triumphs move through this dealer.  He picks up
cars on eBay (in the examples I recall) that are not bidded up to their
potential then re-lists on eBay to sell higher.

Nothing wrong with that but not necessarily someone who knows and loves what
he is offerring.
