thanks for the help on the painting question! I knew there would be more good ideas out there than I had in my head! I've already chased all the threads with a tap and didn't relish doing that again.LOL I love the idea of silicon plugs if i can find a source.......also the drywall plastic plugs sound perfect.......screws also might work. thanks!! gary n.
