In case I wasn't clear before, by "occasionally dosing", I meant application
once or twice a day, for weeks.  PB Blaster does seem to eventually
penetrate even solid rust, but it does NOT work instantly.  I have had
things come loose after a solid month of soaking.  Patience does pay off,
sometimes.
