[TR] valve spring removal

Excellent!  That worked perfectly.  I had tried that before but I was
missing the "rap with
a hammer" part.  This engine is in pretty rough shape, and often needs
lots of coersion.
Thanks Tony!

Speaking of coersion, any recommendations on how to remove a very stuck
valve?
