Carl, on TS13571L both sides are folded over.  I checked this morning, but
didn't have time to take pictures; possibly I could get some tonight.

ISTR that TS39781LO is more like you describe, one side folded almost to
right angles, and the other side only bent a little.  I'm guessing that the
original factory workers just gave them a swipe with a hammer, and didn't
particularly worry about the angle as long as the dog leg capping fit in
place.
