At the Triumphest in 2004 I had a grill I had ordered over a year earlier that
I wanted to return to TRF in the trunk of my chase car.  Charles told me that
if it was in good condition he would accept it.  The grill was in perfect
condition and still in the original packaging.  Charles accepted the return on
the spot and gave me full credit for the purchase price.
