[TR] Hand cranking a Triumph - was TR3A radiator re-core

As always, it's up to you.  But that is exactly how they install crank holes
into new cores, cut a hole and then seal up the cut tubes.

My radiator shop offered to do it as part of installing the new core.  We
didn't get around to discussing price, but I'm sure it wouldn't be much.
