Bob,

Yes there is. According to the parts manual it is part # 56282 called Washer, 
joint oil pump to cyl bolck.

It is on Plate D line # 13.

If I remember correctly, when I did my original rebuild I didnt use any gasket 
sealer, just the plane gasket.
