[TR] Auto insurance claims.

Although it may not apply to classic cars since a lot of you use specialty
insurance companies the best claims action I have ever seen was from
Progressive Insurance.  I had backed into a mailbox and tweaked my trunk lid
on my T-bird.  I got one estimate for the fix and they sent an adjuster out to
my house who looked at the damage and cut a check on the spot for the full
estimate.  No questions, no haggling.  When I had to insure my son's cars for
the first time I paid more to get Progressive just for the peace of mind.
