[TR] Upholstery / carpet adhesive

due to having not yet received my stimulus check yet, i have decided to perform a short term installation of some older upholstery and carpet.
any ideas on an adhesive that will not be a real pain when it comes time to take off the temporary stuff.
i may wish to use some parts as templates for the new, so it would be nice if they came off in one piece later.
