[TR] muffler supplier........randall??

I don't quite understand why it's illegal to wear headphones while driving?
Aren't deaf people allowed to drive? I never took a hearing test at the DMV.
Having a no-hands cell phone plug in your ear is OK. The guys driving around
with jigawatt sonic blasters in their cars are OK, but driving with earplugs
isn't? 

Something's wrong here.
