[TR] Tool Storage

I store my tools in a tool box on my work bench.  When I have task on the car
I put all the tools I will need on an old metal rolling stand from an
accounting office.  I roll the stand to my work position and proceed.  When
finished the tools are cleaned and returned to the tool box.  Thus I know
where they are the next time I need them.
