[TR] New starter

Oliver,

Right, I did have to remove the intake + carbs and the exhaust header to get
the original starter off.  Length wise there is plenty of room, but the
bottom of the new gear reduction starter interfers with the exhaust header.

Did you have any problems installing the new gear reduction style starter?
