[TR] Rear leaf springs

springs support the sprung weight.
shocks minimize oscillations of the springs.
lubed springs work better because they have better reaction time full droop 
to full compression - and vice versa - to keep the wheels in contact with 
the road.
though in a tr4 this may be superfluous!!
