[TR] FYI on oil pump problem

Dunno nuttin about TR6 pumps, but that sounds a lot like some bad TR2-4
pumps that were on the market a few years back.  Instead of being properly
pinned, the shaft was knurled and pressed into the vanes.  They had a nasty
habit of working loose.
