[TR] TR3 Steering wheels

Some time ago I purchased a book on the subject and 1 day I'll try it 
on an old steering wheel I have.  It sounds reasonable.

Here is a link to a kit from Eastwood.....never used the kit or read 
the book, so as they say...caveat emptor!
