[TR] Spindle Nut Torque

Unfortunately, no.  I think I understand the description; but won't know for
certain until the time comes to try it.

Which may not be so far away; the project TR3 left a puddle of gear oil
under the left rear after I left the right side up in the air for a few
days.  But I've decided to try to get it on the road first, and then
re-evaluate the rear axle seals.
