Mike,

I remember when I got the Raydyots for the 3 back in the early 70's the box 
did say they were illegal in California. Is that still true? Even after all 
regular cars converted to halogen lights years ago? And now some cars (and 
bikes) have those bluish lights which seem to be very focused and bright.
