I lost a potential girlfriend that way once, without having to say a word.
She had beautiful brown hair down to her waist, and I didn't think to tell
her to put it in a bun or something before inviting her out for a ride.
Took her many hours of brushing to get all the tangles out!  And she
basically wouldn't give me the time of day after that.
