[TR] TR3 coach handle

I've got one of those, it actually works OK even though it is kind of short.
The lack of length is especially apparently when removing the spare tire
cover, as the handle actually goes under the "toilet seat".  If memory
serves, it came from JCW many years ago.

I suspect the "P" handled thing I got with the latest project TR3 suffers a
similar problem, but haven't tried it yet.
