Did not ever see a response for this.  Motorhead in Fairfax recommends:

I would also call Mountjoy's on the other side of the beltway and ask for a recommendation.

Does anyone happen to know of a good paint shop in the DC metro area?  I
need to do some repainting work on one of the little English cars, and
