[TR] Carburetor Leak

Humblest apologies, everyone.  I can't seem to find this past discussion.

My carb rebuilds are low milage but several years old now, so the double rubber washers underneath have broken down and begun to leak.  Mildly, as yet.  

Do I remember reading here that there is an alternative to the standard replacement that won't break down under the modern gas?
