[TR] TRF Weekend Specials ??

Just got off the TRF web site after selecting about $75 worth of seals &
plugs.  When I got to the check out I noticed they had added $25 worth of
CORE CHARGES in varying amounts to about 1/2 the items on the list.   
 
Can someone explain why the scuttle vent rubber seal, priced at $5.96 would
carry a core charge of $7.00???   Or, the taillight assy rubber at a cost of
$1.96 has a core charge of $1.00?  Do I REALLY have to round up the old
rotted rubbers seals and send them back to get a refund?
 
BTW, yes I am sending this same letter to TRF tonight as well.
