[TR] TR6 rocker assembly oiling

Not necessarily a Bad Thing, Don.  Boring for bearing inserts is the only
way to save a TR6 block where the original cam bore is worn or damaged.

> But there is no rear cam bearing (shell) on a TR6. 

Which is exactly why some of them do have rear cam bearings.
