[TR] TR3 hard to slide into 1st gear

Many years ago when I learned to drive (don't ask) I was taught to 
=="double-clutch"== when down shifting or 3rd gear back to 1st or reverse, 
still do that most of the time in my 4 sync. t/r 3, good habit to get into 
"FT"
