[TR] rubber adhesive

The 3M adhesive or just plain old weatherstrip seal usually works but I have 
encountered some seals that won't stay put w/o something much stronger (the 
TR4 boot seal comes to mind).  For that I used Gorilla Glue (or the Elmers 
equivalent).
