Right as usual, John. And it continues to this day, as restorers of
older Lotus 7s, 11s, and various Lotus formula race cars seek out new
or good used vertical links, steering arms and such from the fabled
Standard 8/10 and Herald front suspensions. That's how well regarded
those Standard-Triumph-designed components were back then, that they
were used on a number of the most famous race cars of the era!
