[TR] clutch MC will not come apart

When I did thiss on a TR3A, I used a grease gun to
build pressure in the cylinder instead of air. It
leaves a mess to clean up, but the piston cannot
become a dangerous missile and the whole thing needs
to be cleaned up, anyway.
