[TR] clutch MC will not come apart

I just this week had the same problem. I soaked it repeatedly in PB Blaster,
left it overnight, slammed it straight down until the piston finally came
flush to the end. Then a diagonal tapping dislodged it. I also had to clean
a lot of crud out of the bore. If it is frozen, first tap it further in to
break the gunk seal.
