[TR] Running a TR3 without fenders and front apron?

Would there be anything damaged by driving my rebuilt TR3 without fenders and
front apron?  I live in a rural area and I thought it's innagural run might
ought to occur before all parts of the body are back on (even though it is
illegal.)
