Can't help but feel we're being a bit tough on this guy.

When I think of all the Toyota transmissions, Datsun brake drums, Fiesta 
alternators, Nissan rear ends, Petronix ignitions, Rover V8s, Miata seats, 
Toyota calipers, etc that 'enhance' these cars left and right why begrudge 
some rearrangement of the sheet metal?

Okay, it isn't what I would choose to do -- but neither are the items 
mentioned above.
