[TR] Tyres for a TR4A

I found some Nankang 165/R15 last summer for my TR3, put about 1,000 miles
on them before the first snow.
Phil E. is running the Kuhmo 165-80/-15 on his TR4 and says they do the job
perfectly. Maybe he can chime in to this thread.

I don't have the Kuhmos 165/80x15 handy but my recollection was that I
measured them and they were slightly taller than whatever 165x15 I compared
them to (Michelin or Cooper).
Also, I'm under the impression that a TR4A would have 4.5" wheels stock.
