[TR] Trying to figure out if a luggage rack is stainless or chrome

How hard can you guys make this? Leave the car outside for a week. If it 
still looks good, it's stainless!

The chrome ones from Moss, TRF and Victoria rust in a day or two outside 
if they're not constantly waxed.
