[TR] [6pack] Emissions in the future-is retrofitting possible?

I am missing something here? Aren't they cutting their own throats by 
pushing useless crusades? Oh, and what did the pass here in Florida? I 
missed that. Nothing has changed for my Triumph. It is still listed as 
Historical.
