Really?  I just took mine off a trailer with just one other guy  and I am a 
90 lb weakling.  (OK so I'm 190 lbs, but I'm not that  strong).
I have a strut bolted across the door opening and each of us just grabbed  
and lifted.  400 - 450 seems like a lot.
