Dan,

I know I have one somewhere but I dont have the keys.

But it was me who put the recent key question to the list and there are at 
least 2 suppliers who can not only supply blank keys but they can cut them to 
match the keycode on the face of the switch.

Let me know if you want this switch.

They do come  up one ebay now and again for not much $. 

There currently is one listed at item # 190198332583 with a starting price of 
19$. Has 2 keys.
