[TR] Alternative mounts for TR3A ADDCO front sway bar.

I did the same and they are obscure with the car assembled but allow  for the 
Bar Brackets to be straight and firmly attached.  I think I have a  diagram 
for an alternate method that was posted here a while ago.  It was  much more 
involved and so I went with the plates.  Works great; looks  good.
