[TR] Anti-run on valve TR6

Jeff,
I removed mine years ago, along with the rest of the emissions stuff with no 
noticeable impact. An easy way to check might be to just leave the 
connection at the oil pressure switch disconnected. I think that would 
disable it so you could see what happens.
