[TR] 59 TR3A - Sputter Update

Hi Mike,
Switched out several rotors, and now have my old (Lucas) known to be good one
in there. The coil is brand new.

  Most new rotors are defective today and will not last long for a couple of
reasons.
  Did you change the rotor?
  How old is the coil?
